Sicero

Sicero is a blend of heirloom varieties such as Golden Reinette and Cox's Orange Pippin, combined with bittersweet cider apples like Yarlington Mill, Marie Ménard, and Dabinett.

Fruity, gently tannic with medium acidity. Great with food, excellent on its own.

Unfiltered. Natural sediment is present; tilt gently before opening.
