Terms and Conditions of the CYDR IGNACÓW Online Store
§1. General Provisions
1. The online store available at www.cydrignacow.pl is operated by Cydr Ignaców Marcin Hermanowicz, Ignaców 39, 05-620 Błędów, NIP (Tax ID): 5213155108.
2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, and providing electronic services.
3. The store sells products containing alcohol intended exclusively for adults.
§2. Definitions
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall mean:
Customer – a natural person who is at least 18 years old,
Seller – Cydr Ignaców Marcin Hermanowicz,
Account – an individual user profile in the store,
Store – the Cydr Ignaców online store.
§3. Conditions for Using the Store
1. Access to the Internet and a web browser are required to use the store.
2. The Customer is obliged to provide truthful information.

1. The Customer may create an account in the store.
2. The account provides access to, among other things, order history.
3. The Customer may delete the account at any time.
§5. Placing Orders
1. Orders are placed through the store's website.
2. The provision of correct contact details is a condition for order fulfillment.
3. After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation via electronic means.
§6. Age Verification
1. The purchase of alcoholic products is only possible for adults.
2. By placing an order, the Customer declares that they are at least 18 years old.
3. The Seller may refuse to fulfill an order if there are doubts regarding the Customer's age.

§7. Prices and Payments
1. All prices are provided in Polish Zlotys (PLN) and include VAT.
2. Available payment methods are specified on the store's website.
§8. Delivery
1. Orders are fulfilled through courier companies.
2. The delivery time is indicated in the product description or the shopping cart.
3. The release of goods to the Buyer occurs once the courier has verified the Buyer's identity document.
§9. Right of Withdrawal
1. The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days, with the exception of products whose nature prevents return in accordance with the law.
2. The withdrawal period begins when the Customer takes possession of the Goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before it expires.
3. The Customer exercises the right of withdrawal by submitting a statement to the e-mail address: biuro@cydrignacow.pl.
4. The Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the Goods, which should be sent to the address: Cydr Ignaców Marcin Hermanowicz, Ignaców 39, 05-620 Błędów.
5. In the event of a successful withdrawal, the Seller shall refund all costs incurred by the Buyer, in particular the price paid. The refund shall take place no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement. However, the Seller is entitled to withhold the refund until the Goods are returned and their condition is verified.
§10. Complaints
1. Complaints can be submitted via e-mail to: biuro@cydrignacow.pl.
2. The Seller shall process the complaint within 14 days.

§12. Final Provisions
1. Any disputes arising between the Customer and the Seller shall be resolved by a court of general jurisdiction.
2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Amendments enter into force on the date specified in the updated Terms and Conditions, but not earlier than the date of their publication on the website.
3. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of generally applicable law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code.
