Jabłkowity — in Polish, this term describes a horse, usually grey, marked with darker oval spots known as “apples” (dapples).

Jabłkowity from Ignaców is dappled with apples from many varieties: both heritage apples, such as Calville Rouge d’Automne (known in Poland as Malinówka), and traditional cider apples like Yarlington Mill, which make up the majority of the blend.

Fruit-forward, with pleasant tannins and a gentle touch of sweetness for balance. Enjoy on its own or paired with aromatic cuisine. Best served chilled. Unfiltered — sediment is a natural occurrence.
