The term "ice" style refers to the freezing process, which removes a portion of water from the apple must. The resulting very sweet essence  ferments slowly, sometimes for over a year. This process creates a dessert-style cider, stronger than its classic dry counterpart.

In Solutus, the intense sweetness is balanced by vibrant acidity and a touch of astringency. The flavor reveals notes of baked apples, nuts, and honey.  Perfect with desserts and rich cheeses, yet excellent on its own.

Made from numerous old apple varieties, unfiltered, and gluten-free.

Best enjoyed slightly chilled.
